We are pleased to announce that NHV has received ISO 9001:2015 certification after a months-long process that involved careful analysis of all of our business processes. Our goal in pursuing certification was to better understand and meet the needs of our stakeholders while demonstrating commitment to quality, accountability and continuous improvement in carrying out our mission.
The term ISO stands for ‘International Organization for Standardization’. ISO 9001 is designed to help organizations ensure that their quality management system (QMS) and processes meet the needs of their customers and other stakeholders. The fact that NHV received the certification, which must be renewed at regular intervals, means that an independent registrar has audited our organization’s QMS and certified that it meets ISO 9001 requirements.
