We believe that all injuries are preventable; we strive for safety perfection which means we are committed to attaining zero incidents. We work to manage all our business processes, from back office to helicopter operations, to make this so.
To sustain a safety culture we make sure that every employee is aware of its importance from day one and throughout their entire career at NHV. Employees get regular safety training and are assessed on their safety behaviour during their periodical evaluations. Aside from their safety behaviour we also strongly encourage employees to report every safety matter they come across, as small as it may be. Our simple and anonymous reporting system results in reliable information from our employees’ first-hand experience which is used to optimize our safety measures accordingly.
