NHV Group Welcomes Lars-Henrik Thorngreen as New CEO

NHV Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Lars-Henrik Thorngreen as the company’s new Chief Executive Officer, effective as of 18th November 2024. Mr. Thorngreen’s appointment follows the departure of Thomas Hütsch, who recently stepped down from his role as CEO.

With over three decades of experience in both civil and military aviation, Lars-Henrik brings a wealth of expertise and a well-established reputation to NHV. His notable career includes leadership roles within the Danish Air Force, Air Greenland, and other prominent helicopter service operations.

From 2015 to 2018, he served as Managing Director of NHV A/S and Chief Operations Officer for NHV Group, building a solid foundation of knowledge and relationships within the company. His deep understanding of NHV's operations and strategic goals uniquely positions him to steer the organisation toward sustainable growth and operational excellence.

Lars-Henrik is widely recognised for his transformative approach to operational processes, fleet logistics, and compliance standards. His leadership style emphasises innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement—qualities that have consistently delivered enhanced safety and profitability.
